OCSA Speech and Debate Club
Before Spring Break the OCSA Speech and Debate Club competed at the Florida Civics and Debate Initiative Regional Tournament. Nine students competed across various categories of speaking. Three students qualified for the state tournament next month: Sarah Gutierrez in Declamation Speaking, Felipe Martins in Extemporaneous Speaking and Nathalia Fernandez Gonzalez in Informative Speaking. Our students went above and beyond and will now be heading to Sarasota for the state tournament next month.
