Osceola County School for the Arts

1. After working with district to streamline our application process for the 2025-2026 school year, prospective families ONLY need to fill out the Osceola School District Choice Application at:(Click Here).

• Students wishing to change majors need to fill out the following application (Click Here)

If you previously filled out ONLY the OCSA school form on Microsoft, you MUST fill out the above choice application to receive an audition.  Students will not be given an audition without completing the District Choice Application linked above.

If you previously filled out the District Choice Application, we will contact you shortly with audition information. You do NOT need to fill out the district choice form twice.

2.  Please bring copies of the following documents on the day of your audition:

• End of the year report card for the 2023-2024 school year
• Report card for the first 9 weeks of this school year 2024-2025
• Attendance for 23-24 and 24-25 school year only if it is not on the report card
• Standardized assessments including but not limited to FAST, STAR, ACHIEVE3000, SAT, ACT, PSAT, etc.
• Behavior record
• Teacher recommendation in sealed envelope 

3.  Students will prepare for their auditions. Please refer to your specific art audition requirements above.
